Family gardens, home videos, and growing up as sisters- an interview with Robin Fujita

Writer: Ada FujitaAda Fujita

During this time, I have been craving the comforts of nostalgia, so for this interview with my older sister, we talk about the roots of our pleasure, shame and desire. Our shared childhood is something we dissect together often, remembering distant memories that we have come to realize, shape us in so many ways.

I bring you all into our childhood home, my grandma's house and our Seattle public schools to share a glimpse into a collective experience.

A little about the interviewee: Robin is three years my senior and lives in the Portland area. She's a taurus, works in a garden center, and loves the comfort of her home and an indulgent meal.

Note: the audio is choppy to say the least, but take what you can and enjoy what you will.

Where are the queers??

Since coming out as polyamorous when I was fifteen, I have always felt an extreme lack of resources for non traditional relationships....
