HEY.
If you'd like, how about we talk about the first time we got kissed.
Here's mine.
I was 16 and of course it was a showmance. (If you don't know what that is then you never did musical theater) Somehow he was the VIP of the basketball team, a senior, IN THE DRAMA CLUB, and driving my sophomore self home from some school event. (I feel like I only liked him by default you know, one of those situations. he gave me a valentine on valentines day so of course I got interested. oops can I even say that?)
We made it to my driveway and I was like "OKAY BYE" and tried to run out of the car because I was way too nervous to make a move but then he pulled me back into the car and just kissed me right like that.
I used to think it was the best kiss ever but in reality it was so cringe. I had my eyes open the whole time and he caught me right on the corner of my mouth.
But of course I thought I was Hillary Duff in a Cinderella Story.
Of course I 3-way called my best friends at the time after the whole debacle and told them it was 10 whole seconds. (We used to compare seconds back then. Forgive me, strict, Catholic, Massachusetts was not kind to us.)
So not the worst first kiss experience? I think in my head I was hearing Natasha Bedingfield sing Unwritten to me, but I've calmed that part of myself down since then.
WHO'S STORY IS NEXT?
